Blue Monday Spotify playlist

Blue Monday Spotify playlist
Phil Cooper (NuNorthern Soul)
Monday the 19th 2026 is BLUE MONDAY, apparently the most miserable day of the year. I get why it gets that label, but today I’m choosing to slow things the f**k down and steer into what’s good!
That starts with simple rituals. Making proper coffee, taking a moment with it rather than rushing. Letting the day begin at its own pace. Music helps too. Music always does. It has a quiet power to lift the mood, reset the head, and remind me why I fell in love with it in the first place. A few tracks can completely change the shape of a morning.

I also feel lucky to be able to look back over the last few months and mentally transport myself again. Visiting amazing temples inside cool, echoing caves in Thailand. Being caught in the noise and movement of Bangkok’s streets. Walking through the quiet rice fields of Bali, where everything feels slower and more grounded.
Those memories matter. They remind me how rich life can be, even on a grey day. So today I’m choosing gratitude, good coffee, and music, and that feels like a solid place to be.
Good luck amigos!
