Eamonn Jennings

A love of bands like Depeche Mode and OMD sparked an early pull toward electronic music for Eamonn, one that took hold properly at Kellys in Portrush in the early 90s. Art College club nights like Choice and Shake Ya Brain, and Shine in Belfast, followed — DJing and making music seemed natural after that. His influences range from Dave Clarke, Laurent Garnier, Jeff Mills, Andrew Weatherall, David Holmes, David Anderson, ALFOS and Phil Kieran — and the mates who shared the journey.

Eamonn has been DJing for the last 30 years, and can currently be found playing at Plan B in Belfast, Bennigans in Derry for The Lot and Flowstate, and the legendary Sandinos for Frequency — plus recent outings for well-known Derry promotion Jika Jika. He’s also played Celtronic back in the day. No fixed lane behind the decks — from chuggy acid house and dark disco to wonky indie dance and techno. His release back catalogue includes tracks on labels such as Anecdote Records, Bunk3r Records, Filth Infatuated Digital, Hypnohouse Trax and Corrupt Systems.
